Amethyst Vows

  • Perfect for couples who have planned their wedding but need expert hands on the day to oversee setup, vendor coordination, and ensure everything runs smoothly.

  • Besides the consultation, we will also set up a meeting the week leading up to your event to discuss final details. This is when you will “hand over” everything that you have done so far.

    You will provide the following:

    -Master timeline

    -Ceremony walking order

    -Photo list

    -Wedding party information

    -Vendor information

    -Decor plan

    -Ceremony/Reception activities

    -List of dances and important songs

    -Clean up plan

  • -Oversee ceremony and reception set up

    -Manage schedule and logistics

    -8 hours of day-of coverage with two coordinators

    -Coordinate guest experience (special needs, allergies, emergencies, etc.)

    -Emergency Kit provided

  • We will oversee vendor arrivals and deliveries.

  • This package is $2,500.

Ruby Vows

  • For couples who need a little more guidance in the weeks leading up to the wedding to ensure every detail is ready. This includes everything in the Amethyst package and more!

  • This package includes TWO dedicated planning meetings.

  • -Final venue walkthrough prior to event

    -10 hours of day-of coverage with two coordinators

    -Checklist review to ensure all details are covered

    -Discounted fee for honeymoon planning

  • We will make contact with all vendors and confirm times and locations the week leading up to the event. If requested, we will be the main point of contact for the vendors from that point forward.

  • This package is $3,200.

Diamond Vows

  • The ultimate peace-of-mind package, ideal for couples who want comprehensive support in the final stages of planning and flawless execution on their big day. This package includes all components of the Amethyst and Ruby package and more!

  • Includes THREE dedicated planning meetings.

  • -Rehearsal Coordination (up to 2 hours)

    -Decor set up and tear down

    -Free honeymoon planning

  • -Provide our preferred vendor guide

    -Vendor gratuity guide

  • This package is $4,000.
