This package is best for brides who would like to have control in curating the plan for the wedding. We would simply “take over” the week of the weeding so that you can relax and enjoy your special day.
Besides the consultation, we will also set up a meeting the week leading up to your event to discuss final details. This is when you will “hand over” everything that you have done so far.
You will provide the following:
-Master timeline
-Ceremony walking order
-Photo list
-Wedding party information
-Vendor information
-Decor plan
-Ceremony/Reception activities
-List of dances and important songs
-Clean up plan
-Set up decorations
-Coordinate ceremony and any activities planned during the reception
-Prioritize the needs of your VIP list
-Ensure vendors follow YOUR timeline
We will make contact with all vendors and confirm times and locations the week leading up to the event.
This package starts at $2,500

This package is best for brides who would like more assistance in planning, especially during the busy month before the event.
This package includes TWO dedicated planning meetings. During this time, we will check in to see what you have already done and where you will need us the most. During these meetings, we will provide a wedding day guide that includes the following:
-Master timeline
-Vendor information
-Ceremony plan
-Wedding Party/VIP list
-Provide photo list to photographer
-Design plan
-Song list
-Gratuity guide
-Set up decorations
-Coordinate ceremony and any activities planned during the reception
-Prioritize the needs of your VIP list
-Ensure vendors follow YOUR timeline
We will make contact with all vendors and confirm times and locations the week leading up to the event. If requested, we will be the main point of contact for the vendors from that point forward.
These packages start at $3,500

Katy is available to hire for officiant services. This will include attending the wedding rehearsal (1 hour) and attending the ceremony (2 hours).
This package starts at $300 if ceremony is provided. For a customized ceremony, packages start at $500.
